摘　　要：目的:探索香烟+酒精造成股骨头缺血性坏死动物模型的新方法,观察TNF-α、iNOS的变化。方法:分别用酒精灌胃、密室熏烟、酒精灌胃+密室熏烟的方法建立大鼠股骨头缺血性坏死的模型,对大鼠模型及施加中药影响后的大鼠模型测定血清TNF-α,股骨头局部TNF-α和iNOS免疫组化指数,并进行光镜和扫描电镜观察。结果:各观察指标说明香烟+酒精可以明显造成大鼠全身和股骨头局部免疫因子改变,诱发股骨头缺血性坏死,光镜和扫描电镜亦观察到了坏死表现。结论:香烟+酒精可成功建立股骨头缺血性坏死的动物模型。Objective：To explore a new way of establishing avascular necrosis of femoral head （ANFH） model by cigarette and alcohol and to investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor -α（TNF-α） and inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） in ANFH models. Methods：Three methods were used to establish ANFH model： intragastric administration of alcohol, fumigation with cigarette, and intragastric administration of alcohol plus fumigation with cigarette. After the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine （CHM）, the level of TNF-α in serum, TNF-α and iNOS in local femoral head were detected. Meanwhile, light microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to make morphology observation. Results：All data showed that cigarettes and alcohol caused obvious cytokine changes in serum and femoral head, and induced ANFH which was proved by light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Conclusion：The ANFH models can be suc cessfully established by cigarette and alcohol.
