摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨远端后内侧解剖板治疗胫骨下段开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法自2005年12月～2007年2月,采用小腿后内侧入路胫骨远端后内侧解剖型钢板内固定对22例胫骨下段开放性骨折进行一期手术治疗。结果术后随访12～18个月,伤口均愈合,所有病例获得骨性愈合,平均愈合时间20周(16～25周),按Mazur等踝关节功能评分标准:优17例,良3例,可2例,差0例,优良率90.90%,无严重并发症发生。结论小腿后内侧入路胫骨远端后内侧解剖型钢板内固定显露充分、术后软组织并发症少、固定确切可靠,对于胫骨下段开放性骨折局部内外侧软组织损伤重或皮肤条件差者疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of treatment of open distal tibia fracture by posteromedial anatomy plate of distal tibia. Methods Twenty- two patients were treated with posteromedial anatomy plate of distal tibia by posteromedial approach. Results All patients were followed for 12 -- 18 months. All wounds were healed and all fractures obtained bone union. The mean healing time of fracture was 20 weeks. The Mazur score system of ankle showed that 17 patients were excellent, 3 good, and 2 fair. There were no severe complications. Conclusion Posteromedial anatomy plate of distal tibia by posteromedial approach has some advantages such as good exposure, few postoperative complications of softtissue and rigid fixation. It is the effective fixation for distal tibia fracture especially combined with soft tissue injury or bad skin condition medially and laterally.
