摘  要:目的鉴定全合成的新型抗肿瘤抑制剂Combretastatin A-4磷酸酯二钠盐(CA4P)及有关物质的化学结构。方法采用红外分光光度法(IR),经溴化钾压片,在波数4000~400cm-1扫描。结果光谱中各特征峰2940、2830、1600~1500、1200—1000cm-1等分别为甲基、次甲基、苯环和乙烯C=c及C-O-C等基团的伸缩振动。结论MS和NMR数据证实了合成的目标化合物为CA4P及其有关物质。OBJECTIVE To identify chemical structure characterization of new anti - tumor combretastatin A4 disodium phosphate and its relative subatances. METHODS IR at a wavelength from 4000 cm-1 to 40 cm- i was used to test the structure character of CA4P and its relative substances by KBr pellet. RESULTS Many functional groups were identified by their characteristic vibration frequence of the infrared spectrum. 2940 cm-1 ,2830 cm-1 ,1600 - 1500 cm-1 and 1200 -1000 cm-1were methyl,methylene,carbon - carbon double bond of benzene and ethylene, carbon - oxygen - carbon groups vibration frequenee, respectively. CONCLUSION The compounds were furtherly identified as the title compound CA4P and its relative substances were also eomfirmed by MS and NMR.
