摘  要:目的研究西藏当归多糖的纯化及对兔血红蛋白的影响。方法采用水煮醇沉法对西藏当归多糖进行粗提,用Sevag试剂和阴、阳离子交换法对比纯化粗多糖。结果纯化后的当归多糖水溶解、灭菌注谢于兔皮下,采用HiCN法检测兔血红蛋白的含量,一段时间内兔血红蛋白稳步升高,且达一相对稳定值。结论当归多糖具有刺激血红蛋白生成的作用。OBJECTIVE The crude Angelica polysaccharides was extracted with water and precipitated with ethanol. METHODS The crude polysaecharides was refined by competitive experiment with chemical process (Sevag reagent) and cationic and anionic exchange resins. RESULTS The purified polysaecharides was dissolved into water and sterilized then subcutaneasly injected in rab- bits. The hemoglobin in the blood rose steadily after a period of injection detected by HiCN methods, and reached a stable value after several injections. CONCLUSION The results showed that the angelica polysaccharides have the characteristics to stimulate the or- gans to produce more hemoglobin.
