摘 要:目的:探讨提高七年制医学生掌握儿科临床技能的教学方法。方法:制定和落实包括教师队伍组建、理论教学内容与课件、实践教学阶段性计划,以及考核指标与验证等措施。结果:通过3年的研究与实践,使学生在掌握比较扎实理论知识的基础上,具有比较全面的临床综合技能。结论:制定科学的教学计划与考核方法,尽可能为学生提供充分的实践机会,以发挥长学制医学生的学习潜能与积极性,是不断提高教学质量的有效措施。Objective: To study the teaching methods of improving 7-year program students' pediatric clinical specialty ability. Methods: To formulate and fulfill the teaching plans including constituting the teacher group, comprehensive training contents and materials, clinical training staging programs and methods of examination. Results: Through three years of study and practice, the students have possessed sounder pediatric theory and clinical technology when they graduated. Conclusions: To evaluate the quality of medical education, good teachingand examination plans should be formulated and students should be given more practical opportunities to justice their talents and activities in study.
