摘　　要：目的:了解学生的需求,探讨适宜的实践教学途径和方式。方法:实施问卷调查,依年级、性别进行比较分析。结果:表达与沟通是最需要提高的能力;男女生对能力需求具有差异;课外小组活动是提高实践技能的最重要途径;对课程设置及实习的评价较低。结论:对实践技能的需求,与自身的个性成熟及知识完善的程度有关,也与社会压力有关。Objective： To know students＇ demands, and explore appropriate approaches and ways in practical teachings. Methods： Sample survey was conducted by questionnaire, and then a comparative analysis was made based on grades and genders. Results： Expressions and communications are the mostly needed capacities to promote; male and female students show differences on the demands of the capacities; extra-curriculum group activity is the most important way to promote practical capacities; there are relatively low evaluations on the courses and internship arrangements. Conclusion： The demands of practical capacities are correlated to students＇ maturity in personality and the growth of knowledge, and also to social pressures.
