摘　　要：【目的】修订儿童焦虑敏感性指数（Childhood Anxiety Sensitivity Index,CASI）量表,分析中文版的信度和效度。【方法】选取4所学校的在校中小学生,从四年级到高二共597人,年龄9-17岁。间隔一周的重测样本有67人。统计分析采用探索性因素分析等方法。【结果】保留了量表中的原有18个项目,确定了四个因子：躯体关注、心理关注、社会关注、控制,累计贡献率为49.30%。项目的因子载荷在0.34-0.79之间。量表的Cronbachα系数为0.85,重测信度为0.82（P〈0.01）。【结论】CASI中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可用于我国儿童和青少年焦虑敏感性的评价。【Objective】 To revise the childhood anxiety sensitivity index（CASI）into Chinese version and analysis its reliability and validity. 【Method】 597 students were selected from 4 schools in grades 4～11,aged 9～17 years.67 students were re-tested with CASI at interval of one week.Exploratory factor analysis was adopted. 【Results】 In Chinese version all the original 18 items were kept and four factors were extracted： physical concern,psychological concern,social concern,control,which accumulated 49.30% of the total variance.Factor loadings of items were 0.34～0.79.The Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.85.The test-retest reliability was 0.82（P〈0.01）. 【Conclusions】 The Chinese version of CASI has good reliability and validity.It can be used to assess anxiety sensitivity of children and adolescents.
