摘　　要：目的:了解综合性医院护士锐器伤的发生情况及护士对锐器伤的认知。方法:采用方便抽样法,对某三级甲等综合性医院的500名在岗护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:76.20%的护士发生过针刺伤,64.40%的针刺伤是由注射针头的相关操作引起,47.56%的护士知道伤后正确的处理流程。结论:护士锐器伤普遍存在,注射针头是造成锐器伤的主要医疗器械,护士的职业防护意识亟待提高。Objective： To investigate the condition and cognition of sharp injuries among nurses in a general hospital. Methods： Five hundred nurses were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire. Results： 76.2% nurses had encountered sharp injuries in clinical practice. 64.40% of which were related to disposed needles. Only 47.56% of nurses knew how to deal with sharp injuries. Conclusion： The incidence rate of sharp injuries was high, and needles were the main sharp instruments leading to injuries. Nurses had poor awareness of protection, so it was important to increase their conscious of self-protection from sham injuries.
