摘 要:目的:探索"以患者及护士为中心"的人本管理理念在精神科护理管理中的应用。方法:以"两个中心"的管理与服务辩证统一的人本管理理念为指导,在护理管理中不断地实践与改进,护理管理实践中我院对精神科护理的人本管理主要体现在对护士的人本激励管理和对患者的人性化服务管理两个方面。结论:通过几年的实践,护理管理者对人本管理理念的内涵和意义有了深刻而明确的认识,激发了护理人员的工作积极性,促使临床护理质量不断提高和改进。Objective: To explore the application of the "patient and nurse centered" humanistic management concept in psychiatric nursing management. Methods: Using the "patient and nurse centered" humanistic management concept as a guide, our hospital strengthened the human-centered incentive management on nurses, and provided humanized services for the patients. At the same time, the management method in practice was improved. Conclusion: Through several years' practice, the nursing managers had a clear and profound understanding of the content and significance of the humanistic management concept, the working enthusiasm of the nurses was constantly stimulated, and the quality of clinical care was continuously improved.
