摘  要:孔子作为中国古代著名的教育家对中国的教育理论和教育实践发展都产生了重要而深远的影响。对孔子教育实践中平等的师生观、亦师亦友的师生观和教学相长观的师生关系进行研究,可以有效促进新时期师生关系的建构,从以人为本和为人师表两个方面努力构建和谐的新型师生关系。As a distinguished educator in ancient China, Confucius exerted, important and profound impact upon the development of Chinese educational theories and practice. By the study of the relationship between teachers and students in Confucius'educational practice based on the narration of the three aspeets: equality,being both a teacher and a friend of the students,and learning from each other between teachers, and students,we can promgte the construction of the harmonious relationship between teachers and-Students in th.e new-period ,and construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students from the people -oriented aspect as well as teacher modeled aspeer.
