摘  要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,钢丝网(80目)为载体,采用Sol-gel法制备了纳米TiO2膜,通过TG-DTA,X-射线粉末衍射对TiO2膜进行了结构表征。对废水中S2-进行光催化氧化,采用亚甲基蓝分光光度法对废水中的S2-进行测定。研究表明:在实验的浓度范围内,该光催化氧化反应服从零级反应规律;当焙烧温度为450℃,提拉次数为5次时,制备的复合材料膜具有较好的稳定性和光催化活性,对废水中S2-的处理降解率可达88.90%。The nano-TiO2 films was prepared by sol-gel method on steel wool(80 mesh)using tetrabutyl titanate as the starting material.The structure of this material was studied by TG-DTA,and X-ray diffractometry.The photo-catalytic oxidation of S^2-in waste water was determined with methylene blue spectrophotometery.The results indicated that in the range of experimental concentrations,the photo-catalytic oxidation reaction followed the law of zero-order reaction.Under the condition of calcination at a temperature of 450 ℃ and five dip-coating,the nano-TiO2 film was stable and exhibited high catalytic performance.The degradation rate of S2-in waste water was 88.90%.
