长纤维增强热塑性塑料的制备方法与成型工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍近年来国内外研究人员在长纤维增强热塑性塑料(LFRT)制备方法和成型工艺方面的研究成果,并指出今后在LFRT制备方法和成型工艺的研究上仍需解决纤维的分散和浸渍、纤维长度的保留、长纤维的分布和含量控制、成本的控制和生产的连续化等关键问题。The research achievements in preparation method and molding process of long tiber reinforced thermoplastic （ LFRT ） of some researchers at home and abroad in recent years are introduced. The key problems that must be solved of preparation method and molding process of LFRT are put forward, including the impregnation and dispersion of long fiber, the length holding of long fiber, the distribution and content control of long fiber, the cost eontrol and the continuity of production.
