摘　　要：介绍了自控红外焊条烘干箱不能恒温、显示机构工作不正常、烘干箱不能起动等故障的成因及排除方法。变位机是焊接辅助机械中应用较广的设备,可以与焊接操作机、焊接滚轮架配套形成自动生产线,适用于锅炉、电机、压力容器等制造业。举例介绍了BWK3型焊接变位机的详细技术参数,以及焊接变位机的使用步骤。The paper introduced some common problems and solutions of aim at far infrared self-controlled electrode dry oven, including can＇t constant temperature,abnormal display,start,and so on.The positioner is wider application of welding auxiliary machinery,may configure with manipulator,weld the roller bed to set the automatic production line for boiler, mator,pressure vessel industory,etc.Introduced the BWK3 welding positioner＇s detailed technical parameters,as well as welding positioner＇s operation.
