摘 要:滚动轴承设计追求的目标和用途等的不同决定其设计方案也不相同。在对方案的各种评价因素进行了研究和分析的基础上,提出采用添加目标权重的多目标灰局势决策方法来解决设计方案的优选问题,以期制造出长寿命、高可靠性和优良性能的轴承。介绍了这种方法的基本概念,并说明三种效果测度的计算方法以及实施多目标灰色决策的步骤。运用这种方法,建立了滚动轴承设计方案优选的多目标灰色局势决策模型,并对其进行了分析和计算,并做出了最优决策。通过实例可以看出,多目标灰色决策方法是一种合理、可行、有效且前景广阔的新型决策方法。According to different targets and uses, the design schemes are different. Each evaluating factor is studied and analyzed, and then the method of the multi-object grey situation group decision-making appending the objective weight is put forward. Aim of this research is to produce a kind of long life, high reliability and excellent performance rolling bearing. The basic conceptions of multi-object grey situation group decision-making are introduced in this paper. The calculation method of three effect measurements is explained. And the steps of the multi-object grey situation group decision-making are given in details. This method is used in the design proposal selection of rolling bearing. Firstly, the model of multi-object grey situation group decision is founded, and then the model is analyzed and calculated, lastly the most excellent decision is worked out. And the example can prove that the method of multi-object grey situation group decision-making is practicable and effective, and it also provides a new decision-making method.
