摘  要:利用Pro/E创建可控制起动行星齿轮减速装置零件的三维实体模型,通过利用Pro/E的Relations(关系式)等功能来实现齿轮的参数化建模设计,阐述了Pro/E在可控制起动行星齿轮减速装置中渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮设计中的具体应用。在二维工程图的基础上,运用三维实体造型软件Pro/Engineer对行星齿轮减速装置的各个零部件进行了三维特征造型,实现了虚拟样机的装配,为产品的生产提供了依据。This paper introduces the application of Pro/E in three-dimensional parametric modeling in the controllable start planet gear reducer, and the application of Relations,Program of Pro/E in parametric design of the gear,at the same time,it has carried on the components assembly design. It introduces the basal essential in parameterized modeling. It exposits the application of Pro/E in the cylindrical gears of the controllable start planet gear reducer. On the basis of 2D engineering drawing, all parts and assemblage 3D modeling have been completed by using 3D modeling software Pro/ENGINEER. This virtual machine will be very convenient for the manufacturing and assembly of the planetary gear reducer.
