摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin和COX-2在B细胞型非霍奇金淋巴瘤的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测Survivin和COX-2在57例B-NHL和25例良性淋巴结病变组织中的表达。结果Survivin和COX-2在B-NHL中的阳性表达率分别为54.4%(31/57)和45.6%(26/57),明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。Survivin和COX-2在B-NHL患者的表达呈正相关(χ2=27.71,P<0.01)。Survivin的表达与淋巴瘤侵袭性及PS、LDH、IPI等显著相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、临床分期、肿瘤的首发部位均无关(均为P>0.05)。COX-2蛋白与侵袭性及分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ期有关(P<0.05)。结论Survivin蛋白在B-NHL患者组织中高表达,与NHL的恶性程度及COX-2正相关性提示Survivin参与了B-NHL的恶性增殖的生物学行为,并表明Survivin和COX-2在B-NHL中的协同作用。[Objective] To implore the expression and significance of Survivin and Cox-2 in B-NHL. [Methods] The expression of Survivin and Cox-2 in 57 B-NHL and 25 cases of benign lymph node pathological changes was detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rate of Survivin and Cox-2 was 54.4% and 45.6% in B-NHL respectively. The expression rate of Survivin was positively correlated with that of Cox-2 in tissues of B-NHL. The expression of Survivin was related with aggression, PS, LDH and IPI significantly （P〈0.05）, but had no association with age, gender, clinical stages, the first suffering sites （P〉0.05）. COX-2 protein was related with ag- gression and Ⅲ/Ⅳ stage B-NHL.[ Conclusion] There are high expression of Survivin in B-NHL and positively correlated with aggression and Cox-2, which Suggest that Survivin is participated with the malignant molecular behavior of B-NHL and activation mechanism may coexists between the two genes.
