摘　　要：目的探讨CT导向置管结合尿激酶灌注引流治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法分析总结52例高血压脑出血患者采用CT导向置管结合尿激酶灌注引流治疗的经验。结果手术组的绝对平均血肿体积明显少于非手术组(F=563.378,P<0.001),手术组预后优于内科保守治疗组。结论引流结合尿激酶治疗高血压性脑室内和脑内血肿疗效可靠、微创、安全。[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of CT-guided catherization and aspirate plus urokinase perfusion anticoagulation and drainage for the treatment of intracerebral hematoma. [Methods] Data of 52 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hematoma treated by CT-guided catherization and aspirate plus urokinase perfusion anti- coagulation and drainage were analysed. [Results] Compared with conservative treatment group, the absolute mean volume of ICH in surgical treatment groups were significant decreased （t=-49.545, P 〈0.001）. The prognosis evaluated by Glasgow Outcome Scale scores performed 3 months later in surgical treatment group was much better than that of conservative treatment group. [Conclusion] Drainage plus UK is an effective, safe and mieroinvasive modali- ty for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hematoma.
