摘　　要：基于J2ME的java手机软件开发是目前国内外一项先进的技术,随着互联网应用技术的泛普及和无线终端设备技术的不断提高,尤其是国内的信息化建设必将在未来十几年中蓬勃发展,因此把J2ME技术应用于城市交警车辆管理中更是一种全新的思路。基于J2ME的城市交警车辆管理系统建立在交警随身携带的手机平台上,实现了部分的移动办公自动化,能够大幅度地帮助交警提高工作质量和工作效率。The java mobile software develop based on J2ME is an advanced technology all over the world. With the development of Internet application and the enhance of wireless terminal, especially the vigorous growing of info constructtion in the next serveral decade, the J2ME used in city vehicle manage is a whole new idea. The illegal aoto management system based on J2ME is build on policeman＇s mobile phone. The OA function of the system can help policeman improve their work quality and efficiency.
