摘　　要：企业在IT实施中遇到抵制是一种普遍的现象。本文在结合国外学者研究的基础上,从抵制行为构成要素的角度界定了IT抵制这一概念,提出了基于行为要素的IT抵制模型,并结合企业案例分析了在IT实施过程中抵制要素的演化机理。为企业在IT实施过程中客观的分析组织内所产生的抵制现象及如何消除其产生的原因提供了理论依据。Firms encounter the resistance to information technology implementation usually. In this paper, we first define the concept of IT resistance on the perspective of the behavioral factors, and then formulate a model of IT resistance based on the behavioral factors. Finally, we analyze the change of each factor of resistant behavior through a case study. This paper offers some theoretical evidence for firms to analyze the causes of IT resistance objectively during the IT implementation and draw some conclusions about how to remove these causes.
