微螺钉种植体支抗的并发症分析

摘　　要：目的研究自攻型微螺钉正畸支抗的并发症。方法选择36例应用微螺钉的正畸患者,共植入82枚微螺钉,观察微螺钉种植体支抗并发症的表现,计算微螺钉相关并发症的发生率。结果70枚微螺钉完成正畸支抗,10枚松动,3枚发生周围炎,1枚植入后出血。结论微螺钉种植体是正畸的有效支抗,同时应重视并防治其并发症的发生。Objective To study the complications of miniscrew anchorage. Methods From 2005.01 to 2007.06. 82 miniscrews were implanted in 36 cases, and then the complications of these miniscrew implants were observed. Results Beside 70 miniscrew successing as orthodontics anchorage, I0 miniscrews were loosened, and peri-implantitis was found in 3 cases, while bleeding post after operation occurred in one case. Conclusion Although miniscrew implants is effective as additional orthodontic anchorage, the potential relavant complications of miniscrew should be highlighted and prevented.
