摘  要:目的比较2种光固化材料用于第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭的临床效果。方法6~8岁的儿童150例600颗健康的第一恒磨牙分为2组:试验组用光固化FiltekZ350流动纳米树脂进行一侧窝沟封闭术;对照组用光固化窝沟封闭剂EstisealF作为自身对照。随诊3年。结果术后1、2、3年复查,试验组的封闭材料完全保留率分别为95.71%、89.83%、80.56%,对照组分别为87.50%、80.51%、69.44%,试验组术后1、2、3年的封闭材料完全保留率高于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。术后1、2年龋病发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后3年试验组龋病发生率为1.67%,对照组为6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光固化FiltekZ350流动纳米树脂是一种可靠的恒牙窝沟封闭材料,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compared the clinical effect of two hght cured pit and fissure sealants on the permanent molax. Methods 600 health permanent first molars in 150 children aged from 6 to 8 years were treated with light cure Filtek ilowable Z350 nanoment resin in occlusal pit and fissure( experimental, group while the opposite permanent first molars were treated with light cure pit and fissure sealant as the controls ( control group). Results There was significant difference in the rate of the sealant reservation. The data from experimental group was higher than that that from control group (P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of caries after 1,2 years (P 〉 0.05 ) but the incidence rate of caries of the experimental group was lower after 3 years (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Light cure Filtek flowable Z350 nanoment resin is recommendable in using as pit and fissure sealant to prevent caries.
