摘 要:FoxO1是Fox家族中FoxO亚家族的成员之一,其氨基酸序列在不同物种间高度保守,但磷酸化位点存在差异.此外,FoxO1在不同物种间染色体定位不同.FoxO1转录活性的调节包括基因表达水平、翻译后修饰、蛋白质的稳定性及蛋白质之间的相互作用等多个层次.FoxO1在肌纤维类型转化过程中发挥重要作用,肌纤维类型与肉品质密切相关,直接影响肌肉色泽、嫩度和肌内脂肪含量.因此,研究FoxO1调控肌纤维类型转化的机理,将为改善肉品质奠定理论基础.本文系统介绍了Fox的命名与分类,FoxO1的结构特点及转录活性的调节,并着重综述了FoxO1调控肌纤维类型转化的最新研究进展.FoxO1 is an important member of the FoxO subfamily in the Fox family. Amino acid sequences of FoxO1 are highly conservative in different species, but their phosphorylation sites are different. Chromosomal locations of FoxO1 are different in various species. The regulation of FoxO1 transcriptional activity involves gene expression level, post-translational modification, protein stability, interaction of proteins et al. FoxO1 plays a key role in the process of the transformation of muscle fiber type. The muscle fiber type may directly affect meat color, meat tenderness and intramuscular fat content. Therefore, it is essential to study the mechanism of FoxO1 on regulating the transformation of muscle fiber type. In this paper, the denomination and the classification of Fox, and the construction features along with the regulation of transcription activity of FoxO1 were systematically illustrated. In addition, we focused on the latest advances of transformation of muscle fiber type regulated by FoxO1.
