对高校篮球代表队训练工作科学性的探讨

摘　　要：随着中国大学生篮球联赛(CUBA)形势的发展,全国大多数普通高校先后组建了高校篮球代表队,有些高校甚至还成立了高校篮球俱乐部,试办起了高水平篮球俱乐部。但是,在目前高校篮球代表队的训练中,仍然存在着重技术而轻战术、重管理而忽视思想政治工作等一些不科学的地方,从而导致了高校篮球代表队训练工作的盲目性。因此,文章尝试从运动员选材、教练员工作及思想政治工作等三个方面对高校篮球代表队训练工作进行初步的探讨,期望能对提高高校篮球代表队训练工作的科学性起到一点借鉴作用。With the development of college students＇ basketbull league matches （CUBA） in China , a great number of colleges and universities have established their representative basketball teams throughout the country and some even set up basketball clubs . But there exists some problems. Therefore, the article tries to probe into the training of the basketball teams in the hope of improving their work.
