摘　　要：在文献[2]中,C.Lemarechal给出f在x处不可微,在U-空间是可微的,并给出了中间函数:U-Lagrangian.本文给出另外一种U-Lagrangian,并获得一些相关的性质.At a given point x, a convex function is differentiable in a certain subspace U[2] （the subspace a- long which σf（P） has O-breadth）. Lemarechal has given a kind of U-Lagrangian, in this paper another kind of U-Lagrangian is given, and some results are obtained.
