摘  要:介绍了一种以高速开关阀组取代传统的轴配流和端面配流机构的数字配流与调速式低速大扭矩液压马达;具体分析了数字式配流与调速的机理与实现的结构;进行了新型液压马达的配流特性和速度调节特性的理论分析。该新型低速大扭矩液压马达不仅可以降低传统型液压马达的机械加工难度,而且可以提高传统型液压马达的机械效率和容积效率;且不需要其它的变量控制机构,通过有规律地调节高速开关阀组的控制时序和脉宽信号占空比,就可以实现传统型低速大扭矩液压马达的双向无级调速,增大控制的灵活性和应用范围,达到节能的目的。A kind of low speed high torque (LSHT) hydraulic motor using digital distribution and speed adjusting was introduced, in which high speed solenoid on/off valves was used to replace the shaft distribution or plane distribution mechanisms. A concrete analysis of mechanism and implementation structure of digital distribution and speed adjusting was made. A theoretical analysis of distribution characteristics and speed adjusting characteristics of this new hydraulic motor was made. This new LSHT hydraulic motor can decrease the maching difficulty of traditional LSHT hydraulic motor, and can enhance the mechanical efficiency and volume efficiency of traditional LSHT hydraulic motor. By adjusting control sequence and PWM signal of high speed solenoid on/off valves, the bidirectional stepless speed regulation of traditional LSHT hydraulic motor can be actualized without other variable displacement mechanism.
