摘 要:通过对水辅成型循环工作特征和负载特性分析,设计和搭建了基于蓄能器补流和增压缸压差控制的水液压比例控制系统,建立了系统的控制模型;试验研究了系统压力控制的静、动态特性。仿真和试验结果表明:系统的关键环节在比例溢流阀,元件的非线性大宽度滞回降低了系统开环控制精度,闭环控制可以提高线性度和稳态精度,输出压力斜坡响应易产生严重的振荡,需要通过补偿滞环提高系统的控制性能。A novel water hydraulic system was developed based on the differential pressure control and application of accumulator and pressure booster for water-assisted injection molding (WAIM). Through the analysis on work cycle and load characteristic of WAIM, the proportional control system was designed and modeled in MATLAB. The static and dynamic characteristics were investigated by simulation and experiments. Results show that the water proportional pressure relief valve is the key component in this system. Nonlinearity and hysteresis of the water proportional hydraulic valves may lead to oscillation and poor accuracy. The linearity and steady tracking accuracy can be improved by closed-loop control with integral compensation. But the output pressure of the system is inclined to serious oscillation due to hysteresis of components. Feed forward compensation on the nonlinearity of large hysteresis needs to be investigated in the future work.
