当前我国企业社会责任缺失的原因及对策探析

摘　　要：目前,我国部分企业社会责任缺失的现象较为严重,妨碍了科学发展观的落实与和谐社会的构建,表现在:忽视环保、侵害消费者权益、偷税漏税和对社会公益事业淡漠等方面。造成上述现象的原因,既有政府对企业监督力度不够,相关法律法规不健全等外部因素,也包括企业法人对承担企业社会责任的重要性认识不足,员工缺乏法律常识和维权意识等内部因素。这些问题的解决,要通过完善政府的监督职能,企业营造符合自身实际的优秀企业文化以及加强社会力量监督等途径实现。Many corporations have little social responsibility in our country nowadays. It is in the way of carrying out scientific outlook on development and constructing the harmonious socialist society. Corporations lack social responsibility in many sides, such as ignoring protecting environment, invasions of consumers＇ rights and interests, tax dodging and tax evasion, indifferent to commonwealth. The reasons for them are, the exterior factor that lack of strength of government＇s supervision to the enterprises; imperfect relative law and regulation, the inner factor that lack of acknowledge of importance of undertaking social responsibility, lack of law common knowledge and sense of defending rights of employees. In order to resolve these problems, the only is to consummate governmental supervising function, construct excellent corporation culture suitable to its own and enhance social supervising.
