摘　　要：电脑音乐的出现与发展是音乐艺术与声音处理技术的一次革命,电脑音乐制作技术是科学技术与音乐艺术发展相结合的产物,电脑音乐制作教学无论从社会需求和时代要求的角度来看,都是十分紧迫和艰巨的任务。Emergence and development of computer music are a revolution of music art and voice handle technique, the creation technique of computer music is the outcome that science technique and music art development combine together, computer music creates the angle that the teaching requested from social need and ages it, is very urgent and ditticuh.
