摘　　要：随着经济全球化趋势越来越明显,实施"走出去"战略已成为企业发展的必然选择。近年来,河南省平顶山市中小企业迅速成长,在当地经济发展和社会生活中发挥了重要作用。然而,平顶山市中小企业的国际化程度并不高。文章通过对该市中小企业"走出去"的现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的对策。As the economic globalization trend is being continuously strengthened, the implementation of ＂going out＂ strategy has become an inevitable choice for enterprise development. In recent years, the SMEs of Pingdingshan City have had a rapid growth and played an important role in local economic development and social life. However, the international level of the SMEs in Pingdingshan City is not high. Based on analyzing the current situation and problems about the city＇s SMEs ＂going out＂, this thesis proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
