摘  要:以自制新型梳状支链聚合物二醇(CPD)与聚己内酯二醇(PCLD)构成的复合多元醇为软段制备了具有梳状支链的水性聚氨酯(CWPU),考察了CPD含量和梳状支链结构对CWPU的粒径和稳定性、其胶膜表面性能和耐水性的影响。结果表明,CPD中的梳状支链可向CWPU胶膜表面迁移富集,在H-CPD/PCLD体系中,H-CPD质量分数增加,CWPU胶膜的表面接触角降低,耐水性下降,在H-CPD质量分数为40%时,所得CWPU的粒径较小、稳定性较好及吸水率相对较低;在H-CPD/C18-CPD/PCLD体系中,C18-CPD质量分数增大对CWPU的粒径和稳定性影响不大,但CWPU胶膜的表面接触角显著增大,耐水性增加。Comb-branched waterborne polyurethane (CWPU) were prepared using comb-branched polymeric diols (CPD) and polyeaprolactone diols (PCLD) as soft segments. The effects of content and structure of CPD on the particle size, stability, surface property and water-resistance of CWPU were studied. The results show that comb-branched chains in CPD are enriched on the surface of film of CWPU and the increase of mass percentage of H-CPD in H-CPD/PCLD soft segments leads to reduction of contact angles and water-resistance of film of CWPU. When mass percentage of H-CPD is 40%, CWPU exhibits small particle size, good stability and low water absorption; when total mass percentage of CPD is 40% in H-CPD/C18-CPD/PCLD soft segments, increase of C18-CPD content has no influence on particle size and stability of CWPU, but contact angles and water-resistance of film of CWPU are sharply increased.
