摘 要:简括了1m3内河液压疏浚抓斗的研究背景,探讨了抓取对象的物理性质及针对该对象的挖掘机理。在此基础上进行了挖掘阻力计算,并介绍了模型斗试验、计算机模拟挖掘软件编制、实斗测试及使用效果的整个工作过程。对挖掘对象的研究是整个研究工作的基础,本文指出了疏浚土壤与通常散货在物理机械性能方面的不同,并由此产生在计算水平切割阻力与垂直切割阻力和普通散货的不同之处。模型实验是为了验证理论的正确性和预测实物性能的重要环节,同时也提供了实物设计所需的重要参数。在理论研究和模型试验基础上编制的计算机软件包是设计同类型抓斗的有力工具。本文还通过若干图表介绍了该斗的实测结果。This paper presents the research background of 1m 3 inland waterway hydraulic dredging grab,discusses the physical properties of grabbed object and excavating mechamism in accordance with the object.On the basis of the mechanism,excavating resistance calculation is described.The whole process of work ,such as model grab experiment,computer modelling excavating software compilation,real grab test and its service effect,is also given. The basis of the whole process is the research in view of excavating object.Here it shows the differerce between the dredged soil and the general bulk on physical mechanical propertices, the difference of the dredging bulk between the horizontal cutting resistance and vertical cutting resistance.Model experiment is used for testing the correctness of the theory and the important link of detecting the real grab properties,providing the important parameter that the real gsal designing needs. The computer software drawn up on the basis of theorectical research and model experiment is a strong means for designing the same type of grab. Real test results of the grab are given by some charts.
