摘  要:山西省野生油脂资源丰富,运用CO2超临界萃取方法对太行山地区山杏、灰条(灰绿藜)、紫苏、金樱子、苍耳种子中的油脂进行了萃取。5种植物种子CO2超临界萃取油脂得率分别为40.8%,6.9%,4.9%,3.5%,15%;对油脂脂肪酸组成的分析表明:5种野生植物种子油脂不饱和脂肪酸的含量都大于90%。Extraction and component of seed oil from five wild species (Armeniaca vulgaris,Chenopodium glaucum, Ocirnurn basilicurn ,R. laevigata ,Fructus vulgaris) in Taihang Mountain were studied. The results showed that the oil extraction rate of five wild species were 40.8% ,6.9 %, 4.9%, 3.5 %, 15 %, respectively. Unsaturated fat- ty acid, which amount for 90% above in total fatty acids, can be easily found in the five species. The study will offer references for the development of wild plants.
