摘 要:[目的]探讨提取柱花草叶蛋白的条件,为柱花草的深度开发提供理论依据。[方法]采用直接加热法提取柱花草叶蛋白,分别研究料水比、水浴温度、水浴时间、打浆时间对叶蛋白提取效果的影响,在单因素基础上,采用4因素4水平正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。[结果]直接加热法提取柱花草叶蛋白的最佳工艺条件为料水比1∶5,水浴温度80℃,水浴时间9 min,打浆时间5 min。[结论]影响柱花草叶蛋白提取的最主要因素为料水比,打浆时间影响最小。[ Objective ] The aim of this paper was to study the optimum conditions of extracting leaf protein from the fresh leaves of Stylosanthes and provide theoretical references for the further development of Stylosanthes. [ Method] Direct heating method was used to extract the leaf protein from the fresh leaves of Stylosanthes. The effects of ratio of material to water, water bath temperature, water bath time, beating time on the extraction of leaf protein was studied. Based on this, orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technology of leaf protein of Stylosanthes. [ Result] The optimum technical parameter of direct heating method was the ratio of material to water 1:5, water bath temperature 90 ℃, water bath time 5 minutes, pulp time i 1 minutes. The optimum technical parameter of orthogonal design was the ratio of material to water 1:5, water bath temperature 80℃, water bath time 9 minutes, pulptime 5 minutes. [ Conclusion] The main factor effected the extraction of leaf protein was ratio of material to water,and the effects of beating time was smallest.
