摘  要:[目的]研究银杏叶总黄酮的碱溶酸沉法提取。[方法]采用碱溶酸沉法,对影响银杏叶总黄酮提取的pH值、固液比、提取温度和提取时间等因素进行系统研究。[结果]银杏叶总黄酮碱溶酸沉法的最佳提取工艺条件为:95℃时用40倍量pH值为10.0的NaOH溶液处理60 m in,酸沉pH值3.5,提取2次。[结论]在最佳提取工艺条件下,银杏叶总黄酮的提取率达到86.4%。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the extraction of tatal Ginkgo biloba flavonoids by alkali -solution and acid -isolation. [ Method ] The effective factors on the extraction of tatal G. biloba flavonoids by alkali-solution and acid-isolation, pH value, solid-liquid ratio, temperature, extraction time were studied . [ Result] The optimum extraction process of the extraction of tatal G. biloba flavonoids by alkali-solution and acid-isolation was as follows, extracting solvent was pH value 10.0 NaOH, extracting temperature was 90 ℃, treatment time was 60 minutes, acid-isolation pH value was 3.5, extracting for 2 times. [ Conclusion] G. biloba flavonoids extraction rate reached 86.4% under the optimum extraction conditions.
