摘　　要：目的:分析肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)的临床及CT影像学表现,探讨其CT表现的特征性征象,提高对其诊断正确率。方法:对2004年1月至2008年4月我院经手术病理及其他手段证实的RAML的CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果:共21例,单发13例,多发8例,右肾10例,左肾6例,双肾5例,病灶直径<2.0cm者占多数,≥2.0cm者15个,最大者约48.7cm×41.2cm×52.3cm,2例合并结节硬化症,1例病灶破裂合并肾周血肿。结论:肾脏(无钙化)肿瘤中的脂肪成分是CT诊断RAML的特征性依据。Objective To analyze clinical and CT findings of renal angiomyolipomas and to explore the characteristics and to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods CT data of 21 cases with renal angiomyolipomas confirmed by surgery, pathology and other methods in my hospital from January 2004 to April 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 21 cases,single and multiple tumours were detected in 13 and 8 patients respectively. Right kidney was involved in 10 cases and left kidney in 6 cases and bilateral kidney in 5 cases. There were 15 masses larger than 2 cm and the masses less than 2.0 cm were occupied majority. The largest one of them was 48.7 cm ×41.2 cm ×52.3 cm. 2 cases was accompanied with tuberous sclerosis. 1 case was found by the tumour bursting and bleeding. Conclusion The characteristic of CT diagnosing of renal angiomyolipoma（ there be no calcification）depends on fat in renal tumours.
