新生儿疾病筛查血片采集方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿疾病筛查血片采集的方法。方法:将394例活产新生儿随机分为两组进行血片采集。观察组210例,采用改良方法采集血样;对照组184例,使用传统方法采集血样。结果:观察组血片合格率100%,平均用时4min,对照组血片合格率77.7%,平均用时7min。结论:观察组采集血片速度加快,采血质量显著提高。Objective Investigates the method of the collecting blood slice for neonatal diseases sieving. Methods 394 cases neonate are divided into two grounds randomly, carry on the blood slice to collect. Observe ground 210 cases, adopt the improvement method to collect blood slice; control ground 184 cases, use a traditional method to colleet blood slice. Results The observe ground blood slice the qualified rate is 100%, average time is 4 minute, the control ground blood slice the quali- fied rate is 77.7%, average time is 7 minutes. Conclusion The observe ground collects the blood slice speed to speed, the blood slice the quality raises obviously.
