摘  要:针对一些文献中轧辊等效凸度确定方法不完善而导致CVC辊形曲线求解不准确的情况,改进了等效凸度的确定方法,并对三次CVC辊形曲线进行了求解.经过分析认为CVC轧辊的等效凸度应该是轧辊横移量和板带宽度的函数,并推导了包含板带宽度的CVC轧辊等效凸度公式,为不同宽度板带的凸度控制提供了理论依据.计算结果表明该等效凸度的计算方法是合理的,对辊形为三次CVC曲线的轧机,板带越宽,轧机的凸度控制范围越大,CVC横移对板带凸度的影响越显著.The ways to determine the equivalent crown of the CVC roll were found imperfect in earlier works, which caused the inaccurate curve in designing CVC rolls. The method of improvement is therefore proposed with the solution given to the cubic curve of CVC rolls. The equivalent crown of CVC roll is analyzed then regarded as the function of roll shift and strip width, and the equation of the equivalent crown involving strip width is derived, which provides theoretically the reference for the crown control of different strip widths. The calculation result showed that the method proposed is correct, and it is proved that for the mill on which the CVC roll profile is cubic curve, the wider the strip, the wider the crown control range and the more remarkable the effect of CVC shift on the strip crown.
