盘锦双台河口湿地生态环境需水量与水资源优化配置研究

摘　　要：盘锦双台河口湿地国家级自然保护区位于辽宁省盘锦市境内,是全国最大的湿地自然保护区。近年来盘锦双台河口湿地退化严重,为了挽救盘锦双台河口湿地生命,保护宝贵的自然资源,以可持续发展理念为基本指导思想,对盘锦双台河口湿地进行了生态环境需水量和水资源优化配置方面的深入研究。研究表明,该地区生态环境退化严重,通过对水资源进行优化配置研究,提出为改善该地区生态环境,最有效的措施是考虑湿地自净能力、污水处理量逐年提高的水资源配置模式。Panjin Shuangtai estuary wetland is located in Panjin city,Liaoning Province.It is the largest wetland natural conservation district in the country.In recent years,the degradation of Panjin shuangtai estuary wetland is very serious.In order to prolong the life of Panjin shuangtai estuary wetland,and protect valuable natural resources,this paper studies deeply and systematically on the eco-environmental water requirements and the optimal allocation of water resources at Shuangtai estuary wetland of Panjin.Research shows that the region＇s ecological environment has a serious degradation.Through optimizing the allocation of water resources research,to improve the ecological environment in the region,the most effective measure is the water resources model of improving sewage treatment in the annual allocation,and considering self-purification ability of wetlands.
