摘 要:测定了FeS-Na2S系熔剂组成及相关工艺因素对钢液脱铜率ηCu和增硫值Δ[S]的影响关系。结果表明,随熔剂中FeS/Na2S配比按30/70、40/60、50/50、60/40、70/30的变化次序,其相应ηCu值不断增大,而其Δ[S]值依次降低。控制FeS/Na2S配比为70/30时,可获得48%左右的脱铜率和最小Δ[S]值。添加BaO的熔剂组成为40%FeS-40%BaO-20%Na2S时,可达到提高熔剂脱铜能力和减少铁液增硫的效果。The influence of composition of FeS-Na2S flux and relevant technological factors on de-cu rate r/cu and sulfur pickup △[S] was investigated. The results show that the de-cu rate r/cu was increased continually, and values of △[S] were decreased successively with the order of FeS/Na2S ratio in the flux.. 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, 60/40, 70/30. The r/cu of about 48% and minimum value of △[S] was achieved by controlling the flux composition to FeS/Na2S ratio=70/30. When the BaO was added to the FeS-NazS flux, the capability for decopperization and suppressing △[S] can be significantly enhanced if the composition of the flux is 40%FeS-40%BaO-20%Na2 S.
