论德育生活化语境下辅导员工作的转变

摘　　要：德育生活化既为辅导员做好大学生德育工作提供了新思路和新方法,同时也对辅导员德育工作提出了新的要求。它要求辅导员必须转变观念,树立生活德育观;紧跟时代,更新德育内容;贴近学生,关注学生的生活;改进方法,提高教育效果。The living moral education not only provides instrnctors with new thoughts and methods in morality education for college students, but ＇also presents new requirements for them. It requires the instructors to change ideas and to establish the concept of living moral education ; to follow closely the modern age and to update the contents of new moral education ; The instructors must be close to students and pay much attention to their life and to improve educational methods and effects as well.
