摘 要:通过改变热压曲线,热压出断面密度分布不同的板材并测量其静曲强度、内结合强度,进而分析平均密度、表层最高密度以及芯层密度与静曲强度、内结合强度的关系。结果表明:平均密度与板材力学性能之间的近似线性关系并不可靠;在一定的平均密度范围内,静曲强度与中密度纤维板表层最高密度呈近似的线性关系,内结合强度与中密度纤维板芯层密度呈相关性良好的线性关系。To investigate the relationship between VDP and MOR, inner-bonding strength, different VDP boards were hot-pressed following different hot-pressing curves and the MOR, inner-bonding strength of each board were tested later on. The authors analyzed the relationships among the average density, the highest surface layer density, the inner layer density and MOR, inner-bonding strength. The results revealed that there was not an approximate linear relationship between the average density and the mechanics performance, however, there was the linear relationship between MOR and the highest surface density, and there was also a linear relationship between inner-bonding strength and the inner layer density within certain scope of average density.
