摘  要:【目的】探讨胆结石形成早期血浆MOT、5-HT、血清NO的变化。【方法】选取健康成年豚鼠45只,随机分3组:A组,喂普通饲料2周;B组,喂1%胆固醇饲料2周;C组,喂1%胆固醇饲料4周。分别应用放免法、荧光分光光度法、硝酸酶还原法检测血浆MOT、5-HT及血清NO浓度。【结果】B组喂食高胆固醇饲料2周后,豚鼠血浆MOT、5-HT水平升高(P<0.01);C组喂食高胆固醇饲料4周后,豚鼠血浆MOT、5-HT水平较A组升高(P<0.01),较B组也升高(P<0.05)。B组喂食高胆固醇饲料2周后,血清NO水平降低(P<0.01);C组喂食高胆固醇饲料4周后,血清NO水平较A组降低(P<0.01);较B组也降低(P<0.05)。【结论】胆结石形成早期,豚鼠血浆MOT水平增高,血浆5-HT水平升高,血清NO浓度降低。[ Objective] To detemaine the change of the concentration of motilin (MOT) in plasma, 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in plasma and nitric oxide (NO) in serum dynamically after recieving 1% (high) cholesterol diet. [ Methods] 45 healthy adult guinea pigs were included in the study and were randomly assigned to the following groups: Group A: fifteen animals received a trace ( control group) for two weeks. Group B: fifteen animals recieved a 1% (high) cholesterol diet for two weeks. Group C: fifteen animals daily received a 1% (high) cholesterol diet for four weeks. Plasma concentration of MOT, 5-HT and serum concentrafion of NO were measured. [Results] While recieving 1% (high) cholesterol diet for two weeks, the plasma level of MOT and 5-HT were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01) and the serum NO level was lower significantly than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01). While recieving 1% (high) cholesterol diet for four weeks, the plasma level of 5-HT and serum MOT increased significantly as compared with the control group ( P 〈0.01) and with group B ( P 〈0.05). While recieving 1% (high) cholesterol diet for four weeks, the serum NO level was lower significantly than that of the control group ( P 〈0.01) and that of group B ( P 〈0.05). [Conclusions] During the early stage of cholesterol gallstone formation the plasma level of MOT is increased and the plasma level of 5-HT is higher as compared with the control group, white the NO level in serum is lower than that of the control group.
