摘　　要：生物化学检验是医学检验专业的重要的专业课程,从分析教学现状出发,讨论师资队伍的培养、集体备课、教学方法上理论教学改革;从实验教材、教师业务素养和能力、实验训练、实验考核等主要方面进行实验教学的改革,进而优化教学效果,提高医学检验专业学生的理论水平和实践操作技能。Clinical Biochemistry is one of the important professional courses in medical laboratory science. The article analyses the current teaching situation and existing problems of Clinical Biochemistry course. The theory teaching is reformed and strengthened from cultivating the teachers troops, preparing lessons collectively, improving teaching methods. And the practical teaching is reformed mainly from the experiment teaching material and contents, the teachers＇ professional qualities and abilities, the experiment＇ s practice and test and so on. The aim is to obtain better teaching effect and to master professional theories and increase clinical practical skills of the students, who major in clinical laboratory.
