摘　　要：结合《常用50项护理操作技术》电子教材的组织和制作实践，探讨并介绍了医学继续教育资源建设的创新机制和在护理教学改革中如何体现“以人为本”理念等问题。Based on our practice in organizing and making the e-textbook of 50 Common Nursing Operating Techniques, this paper discusses the mechanism of innovating the construction of continuing medical education resources and how to reflect the people-oriented conception in nursing teaching reform.
