摘　　要：对１６名正常人及９２例脑血管性疾病患者进行ＳＰＥＣＴ脑血流灌注断层显像，并与脑ＣＴ检查进行对比。９９ｍＴｃ—ＥＣＤ脑血流灌注显像能早期灵敏反应脑组织血流变化、脑代谢及功能性损伤和结构改变。ＣＴ对颅内结构性损伤灵敏，但不能早期反应脑组织血流、代谢、功能性损伤。A comparative study of SPCET cerebral blood flow infusion imaging and CT scanning for diagnostic value was carried out on 16 healthy persons and 92 patients with cerebrovascular diseases The changes of blood flow, structure, metabolism and functional injury of brain could be shown at early stage by 99m Tc—ECD cerebral blood flow infusion imaging Although CT could sensitively discover the structure injury of brain, it could not show the changes of blood flow, metabolism and function of brain at early stage, indicating that 99m Tc—ECD SPECT possesses an important value on the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease
