摘　　要：综述了美国和欧盟关于塑料食品包装材料的管理体系和相关法规,同时对美国和欧盟关于食品包装材料中溶剂残留限量的规定情况以及相关的标准检测方法也进行了比较研究。Management systems, related laws and regulations of USA and European Unions （EU） on plastic materials in contact with food were reviewed, limitation rules on residual solvents in food packaging materials as well as related standards of detection methods in USA and EU were also summarized.
