摘　　要：肠易激综合征是临床常见功能性胃肠病之一,通常伴随排便习惯的改变和腹部疼痛或不适。低度炎症(特别是急性肠道感染后遗留的肠道低度炎症)可能在肠易激综合征中的发病机制中扮演重要角色,本文就低度炎症引起肠道局部免疫反应与肠神经系统之间的相互作用关系研究予以综述。Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）is one of the most common functional disorders encountered by gastroenterologists. It is associated with abdominal pain or discomfort and altered bowel habits. Low-grade inflammation, especially low inflammation after acute infection, may play an important role in the pathogenesis of IBS. This article reviewed the interaction between intestinal immune reaction and intestinal nerve system caused by low inflammation.
