玻璃体手术治疗重症眼外伤

摘　　要：本文分析了１８１例１８２眼合并有外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的重症眼外伤的玻璃体手术疗效。穿通性眼外伤１２８例，挫伤５０例，Ｔｕｒｓｏｎ＇氏综合症３例４眼。视力增进１５４例１５５眼，１６例不变，１１例下降。１２６例合并有视网膜脱离，完全复位１０９例（８６．５％），部分复位５例，１２例未复位。对后路切除晶体、裂孔边缘处理、硅油注入方式等技术进行了讨论。181 cases 182 eyes of traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy were treated by vitreoretinal surgery,and the result were analyzed in here.128 cases were penetrating injure,50 cases were collar contusion,3 cases 4 eyes of Turson,The vision of 154 cases 155 eyes improved,16 cases remained the same,11 cases deteriorated,In 128 cases suffered by retinal detachment,109 cases were completely reattached(86 5%),5 partially reattached and 12 failed.The questions were discussed in this study,about that orystadles were excised in behind,edge of the holes were handled,and the pattern that silicon oil were used.
