摘  要:为探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)与角膜新生血管形成(cornealneovascularization,CNV)之间的关系,将bFGF掺入缓释剂Hydron植入兔角膜实质层诱导CNV,根据缓释体中bFGF的含量不同分为空白对照组、500ngbFGF组、1000ngbFGF组,定期裂隙灯观察、摄片,计算机图像分析CNV面积,光镜及透射电镜观察。结果:1000ngbFGF可诱导较多CNV,500ng诱导少许CNV,而空白对照组无CNV,早期500ngbFGF及空白对照组可见少许炎性细胞浸润。To investigate the possible mechanism of action of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on corneal neovascularization(CNV).neovascularization was induced in rabbit corneas via implantation of bFGF pellets prepared in a sustained releasing system,Polymer Hydron.It was divided into three groups on concentrations of bFGF in the Polymer Hydron:“empty”control group,500ng bFGF group,1000ng bFGF group.The process of CNV was observed with biomicroscopy in vivo and histologically by light and transmission electron microscopy and periodic photograph of limbus were taken through biomicroscopy.The area of CNV was calculated with image analyzer.Results:more CNV was induced in 1000ng bFGF group,less CNV in 500ng bFGF group,no CNV in “empty”control.The infiltration of less inflammatory cell were seen in 500ng bFGF group and “empty”control group,but the more inflammatory cell in 1000ng bFGF group.Conclusion:bFGF may induces markedly CNV in vivo.
