眼内异物合并外伤性白内障的联合手术治疗

摘　　要：对２１例眼内异物合并外伤性白内障病人Ⅰ期施行眼内异物摘出，现代白内障囊外摘除术，后房型人工晶体植入术。其中晶体异物１３例，玻璃体异物６例，球壁异物２例。术后１７例随访３—２８个月。随访时视力≥０．５者占５２．９％。术后无严重并发症。文中对手术时机、手术要点。 Removal　of　intraocular　foreign　bodies　combined　with　extracapsular　cataract　extraction　and　posterior　chamber　lens　implantation　in　one　operation　was　performed　on　21　patients　with　intraocular　foreign　bodies　complicated　with　traumatic　cataract.There　were　13　cases　with　lenticular　foreign　bodies,6　cases　with　vitreou　foreign　bodies,2　cases　with　foreign　bodies　near　the　wall　of　the　eye.17　patients　were　followed　up　for　328　months,9　eyes(529%)obtained　visual　acuity　05　or　better,Postoperatively,no　severe　compluations　were　found.The　operative　opportunicty,surgical　key　points,the　prevention　and　treatment　of　the　complication　were　discussed.
